April is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month.
We use this month as an opportunity to highlight all the wonderful ways we can prevent child abuse and neglect in our community. This is the 12th year The ROCK Group has held its Blue Ribbon Campaign.
YOU Can Be Part of the Blue Ribbon Campaign. Here are some ways you can participate:
• Help spread healthy parenting messages by distributing blue ribbons and other materials to our community.
• Wear a blue ribbon and tie blue ribbons around trees, car antennas, and doorways.
• Display a Child Abuse Awareness poster
• Make a financial contribution or host a fundraiser for the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
We encourage you and/or your organization to GO BLUE! for children this month.
