Board of Directors
The R.O.C.K. Group (Raising Our Children Kindly) collaborative is divided into a Board of Directors and an Advisory Board.  The Board of Directors are charged with the responsibility of governance, policy, and resource development.  Members of the business community can be nominated by an active Board member and then voted upon by the entire Board.  To be considered for Board membership contact our Executive Director.

The Child Abuse Prevention Coalition
Comprised of community representatives and  representatives from agencies and organizations serving children and families.  Selected community representatives with backgrounds and interests in child welfare, education, and service also serve on the Coalition.  The Coalition’s is responsible for helping to execute the goals and objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan. We always are looking for new members to join-contact us to become a part of our coalition.

Member agencies include  Memorial Health, Department of Family and Children Services, Armstrong Atlantic Department of Nursing,  St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System, Safe Kids Savannah, Chatham County Health Department, Chatham County School Systems, Greenbriar Children’s Center, Chatham County Juvenile Court, , Wesley Community Center, Coastal Children’s Advocacy Center, Rape Crisis Center, Prevent Child Abuse Georgia.
Annual Meeting

All members of the R.O.C.K. Group collaborative including Board Members, Advisory Board Members, and Volunteers are invited to attend the annual meeting for a celebration of the past year’s accomplishments and the vision for the new year.  Usually held in March each year.
